The Top of Utah is the distinct, unique northern part of the Beehive State, including Davis, Weber, Box Elder, Morgan, Cache and Rich counties. The phrase "Top of Utah" was coined in the mid-1990s by Scott Trundle, then publisher of the Standard-Examiner newspaper in Ogden.
